We at Wicked Wick Forgery Mays Candle Studio, guarantee the quality and care of our handmade products and just know you will love them just as much as we do! However, we know things can happen, and many times during shipping. In the event one of these situations should occur we offer some options below.

RETURNS:

For any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) from WWFMCS:

A refund or an exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value may be issued only if the returned product(s) is in brand new and unopened condition and must be received within 14 days of purchase from the date on the receipt (Buyer pays return fees).

Wicked Wick Forgery Mays Candle Studio is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, lost/stolen packages or for candles that have been delivered and left out in the warmer elements for a long periods of time and have started to melt. Please go to FAQ’s for tips on a minor case of the candle starting to melt after it has been delivered and before you can retrieve it.

Steps are taken to assure a safe and secured delivery to your location i.e.: generously insulated box, individual product wrap, tracking numbers etc.. We also offer, for a small additional fee, shipping insurance for damage protection on orders up to $400.

*Wicked Wick forgery Mays Candle Studio does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.

SHIPPING:

Typical processing times includes orders processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however you are more than welcome to shoot us an email to see if we can try to assist you, please email WWFMCS123@WICKEDWICKFORGERY-MCS.COM with as much details pertaining to your order as possible and we'll try our best!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once the order has left our studio, transit times may vary depending on shipping method + delivery destination. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created. 

Wicked Wick Forgery Mays Candle Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Steps are taken to assure a safe and secured delivery to your location such as providing the buyer with the tracking number to follow daily transit updates until order is delivered.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

**Please include your name, address, email address and a note indicating the product(s) you are returning, the reason for your return along with photos, copy of the receipt and any other, in brief, information you deem pertinent to your request.
